1. Who do you say you are?

When life’s situations leave you asking, “How will this work out?” remember that your true identity is what matters most— you are a chosen child of God. Your WHO—the loving Father who fights your battles—gives you supernatural peace and confidence, even when the HOW seems impossible.

Scripture to meditate on:

"But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession..." — 1 Peter 2:9

Reflection question: In moments of uncertainty, how does knowing you are God’s chosen child change your perspective on your challenges?

2. Are you focusing on the WHO or the HOW?

Anxiety often arises when we fixate on how things will happen instead of trusting WHO is in control. Like a child trusts their earthly father to provide, God invites you to trust Him fully. When you focus on WHO your Heavenly Father is, peace replaces fear, and faith breaks through worry.

Scriptures to meditate on:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” — Philippians 4:6

Reflection question: What practical steps can you take to shift your focus from the anxious HOW to trusting WHO God is today?

3. What giants in your life will you confront with the confidence of knowing WHO you are?

David faced the giant Goliath without worldly advantages, but his confidence came from knowing God’s power was with him. When you stand firm in your identity as God’s beloved child, no obstacle—no giant, no sickness, no fear—can defeat you. Your trust in WHO God is empowers you to overcome life’s biggest challenges.

Scriptures to meditate on:

“For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.” — 2 Timothy 1:7

“The LORD is my strength and my shield...” — Psalm 28:7

Reflection question: Which “giants” can you face today by standing on your identity in God rather than your own strength?
