Often, we mistakenly think that church growth is solely the pastor's responsibility. Yet, Scripture reminds us that church growth is a shared task involving God, church leaders, and every believer. Today, let's reflect on our own role in God's design for growing His church.

1. God Brings the Growth

Read 1 Corinthians 3:6-7.

Reflect: Do you rely primarily on your own efforts, or are you trusting and praying for God’s power and guidance in your church's growth?

2. Equipped for Ministry

Read Ephesians 4:11-12.

Reflect: How are you allowing your pastor and church leaders to equip you for ministry? Are you actively using your spiritual gifts to serve and build up others in your church?

3. Called to Share and Connect

Read Matthew 28:19-20 and Acts 2:46-47.

Reflect: Are you actively sharing your faith and investing in authentic relationships within your church community? How can you intentionally grow in your witness and fellowship with others this week?

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for reminding me that church growth is a partnership with You, my leaders, and fellow believers. Help me to trust Your power, embrace opportunities to be equipped, and faithfully share Your love with others. Use me to build Your church for Your glory. Amen.
